Self-led Reformer Pilates at Mellow is a teacher-free workout you do on your own time in a female only studio.
No class schedules. No waiting lists. Just you, a reformer, and a workout that fits your day.
This experience is designed for women who already have a basic understanding of Reformer Pilates. You’ve used a reformer before and feel confident moving through the exercises on your own.
Here’s how it works:
Walk into the studio, choose a workout from our on-demand video library, press play, and start moving at your own pace.
Every session is guided by expert instructors on screen, so you still get high-quality cues and structure, just without a live teacher in the room.
Move when it suits you.

🌿 Unlimited outdoor garden mat Pilates Move outside in our private garden this summer. Fresh air, good music, great vibes. There is genuinely nothing better.
